My name is Monica Amarillis Rossi. It has always been difficult for me to define myself within the limits of a single category or role. I discovered that people like me, who pursue many interests and activities in life, can be called "multipotential". Maybe we are just Renaissance women and men born "out of time". In the Renaissance we would have been encouraged to expand into many fields and not specialize in a single direction, as we are pushed to do now.
Eventually, I found a definition for what I do, “Astro and Energy Coach”but maybe an even better definition would be Soul Coach..

At the beginning of the 90s I started working in the publishing field as a translator, editor and journalist. Since 1999 I have been registered in the Register of Professional Journalists of Lombardy. But I have always had different interests, which did not necessarily go in the same direction, and which I tried to cultivate over time as a hobby until they became real parallel jobs.

My first and most ancient love is that for Astrology,Astrologythat I started studying as a self-taught student when I was only thirteen years old. An author and scholar drew my interest almost immediately: Lisa Morpurgo. In 2000 I started to "get serious", deepening my studies; between 2007 and 2010 I was president of the association that preserves and passes down the Morpurgo method, La Nave dei Feaci, of whose Board of Directors I am still a member. In 2005 I began professionally providing astrological consultancy.

Dal 1988 pratico le arti marziali: Viet Vo Dao, Kung Fu d Taijiquan. Col tempo sono passata a pratiche meno agonistiche e grazie anche agli studi sull’Energy Medicine and on Traditional Chinese Medicine, I studied Qigongthat I now teach to groups and individuals.
In parallelo, per via di problemi di salute emersi a metà degli anni ’90, mi sono avvicinata alle terapie alternative, trovando conforto nei Fiori di Bach, nelle pietre e nei cristalli. Questo ha stimolato il mio animo, sempre alla ricerca di nuove conoscenze, e ho frequentato corsi, letto sempre più libri, incontrato personaggi molto interessanti nell’ambito olistico.
Since 2011 this push has become more intense, resulting in a new training path in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), in which I became certified in 2015, by the International Metaphysical University.
In 2019 I was certified as Professional Life Coach and Master Life Coach by the Transformation Institute.

Come astrologa cerco di aiutare le persone a comprendere più profondamente e cosa stia succedendo loro, interpretando gli avvenimenti alla luce dei transiti planetari e dando loro indicazioni sul futuro.
L’astrologia è un formidabile strumento analitico e può aiutare a sviluppare la comprensione dei nostri meccanismi psicologici, ma manca della parte correttiva. Può fornire la certezza che a un dato momento - identificabile con buona precisione - quella particolare situazione si scioglierà come neve al sole, ma non fornisce strumenti per renderla più sopportabile. Per questo motivo mi sono rivolta all’Energy Medicine e all’EFT, allo Sciamanesimo, alla Radiestesia e alla Radionica.

Ora aiuto le persone a superare le proprie difficoltà, a capire perché accadono certi avvenimenti e a scoprire le proprie potenzialità rimuovendo i blocchi energetici che impediscono l’autorealizzazione; le incoraggio a e a ristabilire il loro equilibrio energetico.
Un altro termine che mi sarebbe piaciuto usare per definirmi oltre a Astro ed Energy Coach” è incoraggiatrice, e Coach dell'Anima.

The methods that I use, besidesAstrology andEFT (a method that combines knowledge of the energy meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western psychosomatic techniques) are:
- Crystal Healing according to the North American Natives' method, as transmitted to me by Eileen Nauman, and handed down to her by Oh Shinnah Fastwolf;
- Sciamanesimo secondo gli insegnamenti di Eileen Nauman e C. Michael Smith, specializzandomi nel Recupero dell'Anima e nell'Estrazione delle energie negative.
- Radiestesia e Radionica. La prima è uno strumento di indagine, la seconda è un insieme di strumenti curativi: ha un impatto sull'impronta energetica, sfrutta le onde di forma e la capacità del sistema mente-corpo-spirito di recepire le informazioni energetiche inviate tramite gli strumenti radionici.

Attualmente sono presidente dell'Associazione Le Vie dell'Armonia e faccio parte di Rete al Femminile Milano
